Would you trust your pride and joy to a skilled flyer, perhaps one of the clubs mentors. Of course you would! But hang on, take a close look at the picture on the right. Could that be the club thermal soaring trainer on the ground IN PIECES? Could that be one of the clubs most respected mentors holding the transmitter? Do the other club commitee members seem to be indicating that the model hit the post? Ian could not have been trying to fly through the gate, COULD HE? Noooooooo !!!!!!!!

Looks like there is hope for all of us.

 

 

 

 

 

Club members must have heard Terry telling us at the meetings every May, what a wonderful job some of us have done promoting the clubs image and in the process supporting that extremely deserving charity at the Ascot model show in aid of the Paul Bevan Hospice. Well here they all are at the 1999 event, and I must say it looks as though they have conveyed the club image in the style that we can all be proud of.
Now this picture has been published and you can see how hard we all work at the show, perhaps more of you will be encouraged to come along and have a great day out.
